Description: Whirl your way to a healthier, happier you! Get fit and funky dancing with an adult-sized, easy to spin hula hoop. All levels welcome. Learn to hoop or challenge yourself with new moves. Twirling our hoops we’ll work our core muscles, get a cardio workout, build strength and flexibility—all while having a ridiculously good time.
Location: TotalBodyTrifecta, Saratoga Springs
Dates: Thursdays, 9/22 and 9/29
Time: 6:25-7:10 p.m.
Hoops: available to borrow and new hoops for purchase so you can keep whirling on your own. Bring your own hoop if you have one you’d like to use. If you’d like to order a custom hoop, please email me and I will make it happen, if possible, in time for class.
Attire: Wear comfortable, form fitting clothes for easiest hooping. Yoga clothes work nicely, as do workout shorts and a tank top. Slippery spandex can make hooping more difficult. Sneakers are recommended.
