New! Mini Class: Intro to HoopDance

Coming in August 2011, Two sessions

Description: Learn to hoop or try new moves while you are working out, toning up, and dancing yourself silly.

Location: TotalBodyTrifecta, Saratoga Springs

Dates: Wednesdays,  8/24 and 8/31/11

Time: 9:30-10:15 a.m.

Notes: Some demo hoops available to borrow and new hoops for purchase. Bring your own adult sized hoop (not a toy hoop) if you have one. Wear comfortable, form fitting clothes for easiest hooping. Yoga clothes work nicely, as do workout shorts and a tank top. Slippery spandex can make hooping more difficult. You can hoop in sneakers, dance shoes or barefoot–whatever you prefer!
